January 9:  Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the sale of Jaydar Management, LLC to New London Communications, LLC.  Jaydar Managemeht, LLC has been an industry leader in the graphic communications industry in Atlanta, GA for over 25 years.

December 14: Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the funding of growth capital for HomeTown Oxygen, LLC by Enhanced Small Business Investment Company, LP.  HomeTown Oxygen has been distributing and supporting Home Respiratory equipment and supplies, primarily oxygen related, throughout North Carolina since 2005.

October 10: Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the opening of their new office in Charlotte, NC.

March 5: Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the sale of Alcott Chromatography, Inc. to GP Instruments, Inc. Alcott Chromatography distributes laboratory testing equipment.

January 23: Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the sale of Tech Rentals, Inc. to KT Capital Partners, LP. Tech Rentals is a full service audio visual rental and staging company, supporting meeting and event planners, associations, conventions and tradeshows, the hospitality market, production companies and the corporate community, in Atlanta and across the country.

February 15: Summit Acquisitions Group is please to announce the sale of The Bankers Exchange, Inc. to Summit Equity Partners, LLC. The Bankers Exchange is a distributor of previously owned equipment to the banking industry, especially ATM machines.

March 2: Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the sale of GA Family Fun II, Inc. to EKC, Inc. GA Family Fun provides an indoor facility with inflatables for parties, special events, and corporate team building.

June 18: Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the sale of RF Wolters, Inc. to MSB Group, Inc. RF Wolters distributes industrial electric motors.

June 26: Summit Acquisitions Group is pleased to announce the sale of TecnoSedia, Inc. to Joel Enterprises, LLC. TecnoSedia manufactures upholstered furniture.
