Charles Scholle is an Atlanta attorney who practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, with a concentration in family company planning and estate and gift tax planning.

Mr. Scholle’s firm represents buyers or sellers of companies during negotiations and closing and also advises acquisition firms and individual investors in myriad business transactions including leveraged buyouts, distress sales, consolidations, mergers, divestitures, dissolutions, reorganizations, etc.  The firm maintains several clients who regularly engage in such transactions and also serves as closing counsel for commercial lenders and private investors in SBA  transactions.  Some of the firm's current or former clients include: First Union Bank, The Money Store, The BIP Group, Inc., Reliance Trust Company, Chem-Nut, Inc., and the Gwinnett County Convention and Visitors Bureau.  Some recently completed corporate acquisitions in which Charles has served as counsel include:  Alternate Energy Systems, Inc., AAA Distributing Company, S.E., Inc., Performance Machine, Inc., Metro Shelving and Hardware, Performance Manufacturing, Grace Assisted Living Center, Perimeter Maintenance, Magic Moments, Inc., Mulligan Sports, Inc., Chess Tire & Automotive, Inc. Mr. Scholle earned his Juris Doctor with Honors at the University of Georgia School of Law and earned a 1992 Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with High Honors at University of Georgia School of Business.
